Flanged Scaffolding System
Flanged scaffolding system is a versatile scaffolding system that is widely used in construction sites, industrial facilities and shipyards, offering many areas of use such as facade scaffolding, volume scaffolding in galleries and spaces, bearing scaffolding under slab, stairway tower and moving scaffolding, easily adapting to the shape of the building.

Advantages
It can be used for different purposes and offers a variety of usage.
It easily adapts to different building styles.
A single hammer blow can be installed and removed.
It can be used safely at the desired height and width.
It is easy to carry, stack and transport

Quality and Safety
Certified to EN 12810.
Joint welds are made untouched in robotic lines.
Flanges are 8 mm thick and welded from both the bottom and the top. The wedges are made of S550 sheet metal and the dovetails are cast.
Steel platforms and heels are manufactured by giving a special form with a roll-form machine for high strength.
Fixed parts in the system are coated with hot dip galvanize against corrosion.
Certificated pipes, profiles and sheets that have passed mechanical tests are used.

Usage areas
It can be used safely in construction sites, shipyards, industrial facilities, oil refineries, areas where temporary tribunes are needed, as facade, volume, under mold and mobile scaffolding.

System features
The working principle of the system is based on the raising logic by connecting flanges on vertical elements, dovetail and wedges on horizontal elements.
There are flanges with 8 connection points at 50 cm intervals on the vertical connector. Dovetails at the ends of the horizontal and cross connection elements are connected to these flanges, and the system is fixed by driving the wedges with the help of a hammer.
A safe working environment is created by placing a sufficient number of steel platforms according to the width of the area created. Steel platforms have a balance bar that prevents rotation and a lock mechanism that provides stabilization.
Transition between floors can be done either with a separate staircase tower, or with a ladder platform in the module, or with a sailor or tower ladder.
It can be used without any problem in galleries and large spaces as volume scaffolding, while providing access to every point of the façades with side elements such as console, lattice beam, reinforced horizontal connecting element and clamp.
The safety of the system is completed with easy-to-install heel pads, stair railings, gap closing platforms and wall fasteners.
